awesome book

I love how the author actually presents his findings with not only his knowledge but with actually study results. I knew alot of the things in this book but I never pin pointed stuff because I thought it was just me. it was really cool to hear/read the science in this book. I loved this book and bought 4 copies of it to give to family and friends.

A bit repetitive, but Great overall

A bit repetitive, but it's easy to skip around to useful parts. No other complaints. Overall very useful and better than I expected.

Chronotypes

Vert interesting but it would take a bubble to be able to complete live his expectations. But I found the research and the analysis interesting and at times spot on to my own preferences.

Good information, poor format.

The information is interesting however I have to listen to all the different types for each chapter (or spend double the time to skip to my type).

If you are only interested in your type and how it effects you, buy the book not the audio.

Great book, does poorly in audiobook format

Great book that I definitely have learned a lot from. Although I am struggling to grasp wether I am a wolf or a dolphin.

This book does not do well in audiobook format. To anyone reading this I recommend you to buy the paperback version.
