I wish I could have heard this sooner!
I wholeheartedly recommend this audiobook! A clean atmosphere may help organise everything, even our thinking. With fewer interruptions, it was much easier to focus on certain activities.

Life with ADHD
I have friends who have ADHD, and I can tell you that what they experience is something that they have to figure out how to change some habits so they can be strong and trust people who can be reliable. We can improve our emotions; we can start by not overreacting to anger, as it hinders our progress at work. We must ask ourselves, ' Is this for me?' If not, we should say, ' This is not for me.' Essentially, we must enjoy what we do; otherwise, we won’t last in that particular job. The book provides excellent strategies to help us organize our thoughts, whether we have ADHD or not.

Big help to people!

A helpful gift for a friend
I bought this book for a friend who has ADHD and always jokes about how her home feels like daily chaos. She’s smart, creative, and full of energy, but keeping things organized has always been a problem for her. excellent guide to be supportive
My partner has ADHD, and this audiobook gave me great insight into why traditional organizing methods don’t always work. It also explains why and offers realistic, non-overwhelming strategies. It’s helping both of us create a system that actually works in our home

Love it!
I agree with everything that is inside this audiobook! Love the narration and how the author wrote this one. I have a cousin with ADHD and I listened to this one with him, he really enjoyed it and he said that he will listen to it again.

Great Guide!
