When I was approached by Rosali Publishing to read/listen this book, I was a little nervous, I’ve never reviewed a non-fiction book before but I have to say it was a complete pleasure and very helpful. Thank you Rosali Publishing and Estelle Rose for the opportunity. I’ve never been diagnosed with ADHD, but as a middle age woman ( gosh I hate saying that) I’ve wondered about it, I do have a lot of the symptoms and both my adult children have been diagnosed at point in their lives, my son as a child and my daughter as an adult. Which I’ve learned from this book is quite common. This book is a “guide/handbook”, that gives awesome suggestions and tools on how to organize your life and deal with the symptoms those with ADHD struggle with daily. As I was listening I kept thinking I need a to share share with certain people in my lives. Make sure you to listen!!!!

I love how Estelle talks not only about why implementing some of these changes can be beneficial, she also provides step by step instructions and resources you can follow to actually stay motivated in keeping these healthy changes.
I love her encouragement of a positive reward after doing what may seem a menial task to a neurotypical person, especially when it comes to tips on cleaning & decluttering which, let’s be real, are neurodivergent hell.
Listening to this book was like talking to a friend, honest in telling you what you should be doing to better your life, but supportive enough that you actually want to hear what she has to say next.

I really enjoyed how fast paced this nonfiction book was and how thorough. The informal tone caught me off guard because it felt more like listening to a podcast than a book. I think this is the perfect introduction self help book for someone recently diagnosed with ADHD but might get a little repetitive for someone who has already done a ton of research on the topic. The audiobook’s narrator was very engaging, and my preferred format.
A great, informal how-to guide

Also, the author did a great job because the instructions were so clear that they were simple to understand. That three-step formula for setting limits and boundaries and managing relationships is vital for everyone. Very helpful, and well done!

This audiobook helped me understand her better and what she is going through. I think it will be helpful for her.
I like the "empowerment" take on this diagnosis. This will suite my daughter's personality very well. The tips offered in this book will resonate with her well.
This book is great for anyone who wants to understand adult ADHD and learn to manage it better.
