Publisher's summary
You deserve the peace of mind that comes with a clean, organized home.
Designed for the ADHD mind, this book will help you get organized, tidy up, and keep it that way! Have you ever found yourself surrounded by doom piles of clutter, wondering how your home became so messy and disorganized? It’s natural to feel overwhelmed and stressed by the thought of tackling the mess–even ashamed or embarrassed that your home got this way. But it can be handled with the right approach.
Your unique ADHD mind comes with advantages, but it can also make executive functioning tasks like cleaning and organizing more difficult. Keeping your home tidy and organized on top of all of life's other responsibilities can feel overwhelming. It’s not always as simple as “just make a list” or “just try harder.” If it were, this book wouldn’t exist. It wasn’t written to give generic tidying advice you’ve probably tried before. Instead, it will transform the way you view cleaning and organization, and give you the tools to create your very own system that works for you.
This book is specifically designed for people with ADHD by someone who understands your unique challenges. It’s a comprehensive and compassionate resource that will help you finally take control of your home and your life.
You’ll learn how to create a home that feels calm, peaceful, and inviting instead of chaotic and stressful.
Here are just a few of the "a-ha" moments you’ll get reading this book:
- Put an end to doom piling once and for all with a method to make organization feel natural and easy.
- How to create a cleaning and organizing system tailored to your unique neurodivergent self.
- A clear understanding of how your ADHD brain works and why traditional cleaning and organization methods may not work for you.
- How to stay organized long-term by understanding your unique ADHD mind and applying proven techniques to build habits and routines that work for you.
Start your journey towards an organized peaceful home today.
