Joining us in the Audible Studios to discuss her debut title, Body Positive Power, is blogger and Instagram star Megan Jayne Crabbe. Joining us at Audible Studios is Oscar Duke, a doctor working for the NHS who regularly contributes to The Surgery on BBC Radio 1, has appeared on Channel 4's 24 Hours in A&E, and presented his own documentary about albinism for BBC2, Born Too White. Known for her work in both television and radio, including comedies such as The Thick of It, Nighty Night and The Day Today and dramas such as Lewis, War and Peace and Death Comes to Pemberley, Rebecca Front follows on from her 2014 book, Curious: True Stories and Loose Connections, with another collection of personal essays in Impossible Things Before Breakfast.

Her latest book is The Guilty Feminist, a frank and funny look at modern feminism. Deborah Frances-White talks to us about the formation of her well-loved Guilty Feminist podcast, we speak about getting to know refugees, and she shares what she hopes readers will take away from the book.

Joining us at Audible Studios is former SAS sergeant Chris Ryan. Ryan enrolled in the British Army at the age of 16, where he then passed selection to join the 22 SAS Regiment under ‘B’ squadron. Ryan spent the next seven years of his life serving around the world on covert and overt operations. Ryan was a key member of the infamous Bravo Two Zero SAS patrol in Iraq during the Gulf War. The patrol was compromised and was forced to head towards Syria on foot. Ryan was the only one of the eight-man team to not be captured or killed.
