Lots of great health nuggets in here!

What I love most about this book is that instead of just talking about things you can do to be healthier, the author took the time to share detailed examples of how to action the tips provided. I was so shocked to hear actual recipes, and am excited to try some of them! Some of the health tips mentioned in this book are things I've heard before, but I found myself appreciating the reminder of ones that I struggle with personally, like eating less sugar. Overall, this short listen is a great book on how to make small changes that will make a BIG positive impact over time to your health. I highly recommend it!
