This is an awesome book bundle. They go together great and offer much needed information and steps without being repetitive. This book is for readers who really want to improve themselves. In listening to this i became more self-aware of what I could improve on and how to be better at applying the steps daily for self-care. A big takeaway for me is in setting boundaries and building my confidence. Showing up for myself is ok.
