Helped Me Dig Deeper

I didn’t know what to expect, but this journal really helped me explore stuff I hadn’t thought about in years. The prompts are simple but made me reflect in a way that felt meaningful, not forced. Great tool for personal growth

Guilty! So helpful when it comes to patterns!

What attracted me to this audiobook was the fact that it was exactly what I needed to start working toward my goal of learning to set boundaries and stop people pleasing. The exercises and reflections really made me think about the patterns that I've been stuck in (forever) and how to start changing them. I appreciate how it focuses on practical ways to achieve these goals. The narrator's tone was calm and supportive, which made the experience even better. This is great resource to have.

Start seeing real change

I hadn't truly acknowledged or accepted that I had past traumas until recently in my life. And of course after that I was able to start noticing how much these things were still affecting the way I form relationships. With encouragement from my partner, I've been checking out this book and finding a lot of use for it already. Beyond all the ideas of how to begin healing and changing, I've found the most value in this book simply helping me provide self-awareness of what issues I have brought with me ad enver fully healed. Not to mention I now feel I have more language to accurately describe these tricky emotions, which lets me have healthy and productive talks with the people in my life now. Totally worth a read or listen.

Wow this book was an eye opener

This book goes deep and when you start to relate to what they're talking about in the first chapter you're hooked. It explains why you do the things you do and if you continue like that you'll never change and neither will your relationships. I learned how to communicate better and let my husband know what I need rather than expect him to know, which is my pattern. We've been communicating better than ever. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to better themselves

Great Resource For Inner-Work!

As someone who’s been working on themselves for a while, Shadow Work Journal was exactly what I needed. Relationships can bring out so many insecurities and old wounds, and this book helped me face those parts of myself I’d been avoiding for years.
