Very useful information!

I enjoyed listening to this audiobook because I suffer from migraines and it helped to give me some options about medications to take, supplements to try and items to eliminate from my diet to see if they are triggers. I liked the chapter on exercising for migraines also. I learned that it is important to have body awareness and know how and when to relax. Long term migraine management is possible!

Migraine relief the natural way

If you have suffered from migraines in your life, you know you will do just about anything to get rid of them. In this audiobook, the author explores and presents many different natural methods to avoid them all together. it's very important these days for people to have options to treat conditions without medication or drugs.

I found it very interesting to listen to the chapters on what we eat and how it could affect migraines. If someone gets migraines often, there could be something in their diet that exacerbates the issue. Anyone who regularly suffers from migraines has nothing to lose by listening and trying some of these methods. Could be a life changing audiobook.

Great advice
