I’m not an athlete, and I’m not really physically active due to a busy schedule with work and studies, but this audiobook was gifted to me, so I thought I’d give it a shot. I’ve been planning to be more active, and this audiobook was the perfect motivator. The author does a fantastic job explaining the importance of both physical and mental strength. Though it felt a bit overwhelming at times since I’m not an athlete, the insights made it clear that becoming a 'hybrid athlete' involves more than just working out, it’s a mindset. A great motivator for anyone!

The best workout combo I have found
