In The Anatomy of Loneliness, Teal identifies the three pillars or qualities of loneliness: separation, shame, and fear, and goes on to share her revolutionary technique, the Connection Process, a form of intuitive journeying, usually involving two people, a "receiver" and a "journeyer". Through a series of exercises, each person experiences "walls" and "blockages"; as they move through the process, both participants face their fears, learning from these to reach a place of unconditional love and acceptance.

Beautiful and life changing
This book is a powerful compilation of Teal's teachings. It truly is life changing information. I cannot begin to describe the changes I have seen I'm my own life since I started implementing the techniques taught in this book.
This information allowed me to begin to love myself, and in turn, to love my life. I am grateful to have found such empowering information.

What can only be described as unbelievable, Teal Swan has produced an, in my opinion, wonderfully written and executed book outlining how loneliness is manifested and transpires in each of us. How she has accomplished this insight at her age and without any stated professional education is beyond me. While I am a masters student at a late age this having much common experience behind me, Teal Swan, who is probably being jeered by professional Psychologists and therapists out of jealousy because of the wonderment of her poetry and writings. I know nothing of her spiritual healings and teaching but her uncanny gift for bluntly stating the obvious without getting into theoretical psychobabble is incredible!!
