Life Changing

After listening to the entire book and practicing Dr. Joe’s meditation, I noticed a difference in my thoughts and behaviors after the first meditation. There are several events that happened in my life which seem miraculous that I now understand I brought them to fruition through my thoughts and unwavering belief in what the outcome would be.

One of the most consequential books I have ever read.

Play bringing the elements of neuroscience and neurochemistry into the process of self-improvement this book provides a comprehensive perspective on something that everybody turns to want to do which is to become better or improved out something. It breaks it all down and inspires you to take the actions necessary and to be incredibly aware of when you are not doing what you have professed that you want to do. I describe this as the no excuses approach to personal development.

Advanced Course Meditation

As someone who has practiced meditation and read self-help for the last 4-5 years, this felt like an advanced course in both. I probably wouldn't recommend it to a beginner, but if you feel ready to expand your practice or continue growth that had already begun, this book absolutely opened doors I didn't know existed. excited to see what can come from regular prolonged practice!

life changing!

go into this with an open heart and mind, read to change. this book was filled with so much science and knowledge, and it included examples and practical steps on how to achieve the goal.

Great Info, very technical

Excellent information, I like how Dr. Dispenza uses science to explain the explainable. The information requires the reader to go deep which is not easy, but it is well worth the effort. My only issue is I prefer Dr. Dispenza's voice and the narrator while very good at his craft was not Dr. Dispenza. So I found myself distracted by the narrator.

Life-Changing Book

"Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself" is the kind of book that arrived to me, as if by the Power of the Universe. It gave me a new way of understanding my own thoughts and how my brain and body work together. Dispenza offers complicated information in a way that can be understood & conceptualized. The awakening that takes place as a result is invaluable in its ability to liberate the mind and body from learned patterns of behavior. We can break the habit of being ourselves, transform our perceptions, and therefore realities, and meet the possibilities that await each of us.
