I feel this book is a must if you are learning how to meditate, and understand what you need to do for self improvement n change; it helps internally (to unlearn a lot of past emotional addiction)

Liberating yourself to creating the life you truly desire
Phenomenal read about becoming one with this universe while freeing your mind. Awakening yourself to who you’ve always meant to be. Joe Dispenza is a gifted soul who deeply understands how we operate. A book everyone should read if they aspire to live in a dream.

Is Audible censoring this amazing book ?
First of all this book is amazing in that he connects scientific rigor with subjects that some would call woo woo. Second, I am not sure if it was a glitch or if audible/Amazon is soft censoring this book but in my Audible app I was not able to add it to my library. I’ve been using Audible for years and never had that problem a single time. A workaround was loading up a browser logging in and purchasing the book. And then showed up in my library.
I’ve always hoped for some one to bridge the gap of meditation to bring physiological descriptions into the conversation. I had seen this author in a few documentaries and always found his descriptions extremely compelling since he always has science to back up what he said. A lot about these type of subjects gets dismissed because there isn’t a concerted effort to verify certain aspects with quantifiable metrics. Highly recommend this book. I will be purchasing his other books now also

finally I understood how thoughts become things
a great book to go deep on how our thoughts makes us change our body and our environment, something that is been known for ages and it seems to be taken more seriously these past decade.
not a good book for learning how to meditate tho, you'd have to look for videos on YT for that.
also, make sure to download the PDF from his website or audible.com, as you will need it a few times to make more sense of what he is talking about.
at the end, this reminded me of Rule 6 from Jordan Peterson's 12 Rules for Life, check it out too.

Great narrator!
if you've listened to the author on podcasts or YouTube, this book is a fantastic summary of many of his works with the mediations he recommends at the end of the chapters. Will need his website to perform them. The narrator was great.
