In theory and in practice
I really enjoy the perspective teal shares on her YouTube videos. This book helped simplify all of those teachings down to basic fundamentals that are easy to remember, explain, and apply. In the middle of the book I wrote down a list of triggers and recurring, almost seasonal emotions from my past and started with the most pervading one to approach my inner child. That night I had a powerful dream that led to seemingly random and minor revelations the next day. I realized what I told my child self was basically the exact same assurance and comfort I needed to hear presently. I’m excited to work down the list and explore more emotions and feelings that have not yet been integrated. For me, this book turned jungian theory into practical application. I believe teal will leave a lasting and positive imprint on humanity and psychology.

Accelerated enlightenment
I love this book. I’ve done emdr therapy for a few years now for my own healing and this is wildly similar to the way my mind already processes in that state. (I think if you combined the two, it would be a complete, unstoppable force.) I’m 32, and have suddenly felt a jolt from the universe to expand in ways I never thought possible. So it was only a matter of time before I was handed this book. I cannot express the way I feel now. The way I feel, as in; how I process my feelings. I am whole. And I am grateful. This should be shared. There are about 3 or 4 things I think should be shared for healing relentlessly. This is at the top of that list. This is the most profoundly important work to be done.

She is amazing
I was introduced to Teal Swan by a lovely woman. She said that Teal is wonderful. At first I thought that Teal was not for me. I watched one of her videos. I told my Friend that I was not impressed. But I decided right there that I needed to be open minded about what Teal was saying. I got this book and really listened to what she said. If for some reason I hadn't listened to the book in a while, I would start over again from the beginning. I have learned a lot and I have already got the book Teal recommended to get next. If you are having a hard time, give yourself a break and sit down and listen to Teal without bias and realize that she is not a cult but was forced into one and how she survived.

Very healing and enlightening
It's a book that challenges you to face your shadows and understand how your traumas are taking control over your life due to your unconsciousness, tough work but it helped me a lot personally.

Simple and Powerful
Excellent book and process that I've found super helpful in my own life.
I disagree with the other reviews that complain about the performance being monotone - I found it sincere and authentic and appreciate that it wasn't emotionalized for extra drama. This topic is dramatic enough and a calm measured voice is what is needed (for me at least).
Overall, highly recommend.
