RECOVERY FROM A BREAKUP
I doubted anything would help with my breakup. But somehow, in some way, this did. Didnt sort me completely, it didnt magically make the pain go away but it HELPED.

Over it?
Am I totally over my breakup after this book? Being honest no I'm not, however, I feel so so much better and more in control. This book is very modern, fresh and unique and I can honestly say I can now make sense of my feelings so much better

So thankful.
I got this book at the right time...basically right bang in the middle of a horrible breakup. I felt hurt, angry, sad, cross, CONFUSED...and every other feeling you could possibly imagine. This book helped me make sense of it, helped me to know day by day what to do (and what not to do) and genuinely helped me pick up the pieces of my life and rebuild it. I would be forever grateful to the authors.
