Great way to start the year!
Everyone needs this book in their back pocket, wow what a refresher I particularly enjoyed the forgiveness chapter, it plays such a big role in letting go, letting go from the past, from your mistakes, or from people you love, If you are looking to start this year with a clean slate, clear vision, and a full heart this is your book! I couldn't recommend it enough! It does a great way of navigating situations most of us face in our lives, and the accent is just the cherry on top.

Great advice for freeing yourself of the past!
I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this book! It was so helpful to hear an expert discuss the process of letting go and finding closure. So many of us hold on to the past. Many of us not realizing it until we really focus on it. I found that this book showed me many ways of forgiving others and myself - a wonderful gift! I learned a lot about how much of this is related to fear, which I did not realize. I am so ready to let go and move forward with my life, and I feel this book will help me in the future as well as now. If you are tired of dwelling on past mistakes (or the mistakes of others), read this book!

Great advice and life management skills
This book is a great reminder to let the past trauma go and move on with your life with positive expectations. I used to dwell in my past failed relationships, but I have now moved on and am in a beautiful relationship. However, i tended to dwell on the past and I have now found closure. This book reminds you that you are a beautiful soul and worthy of great love!

Past Experiences Keep Us From Moving Forward
This is a wonderful book. The author details reasons that keep people stuck in the past
and she provides strategies and exercises for letting go of the past and moving on with your
life.
I particularly like chapters three and five which deal with painful and traumatic memories
and triggers.
The author states that it is possible to convert negative memories to positive ones. She
says, "Triggers are any situation that provokes some type of emotional physical, or behavioral
response, and "You can monitor them and learn to control your responses to them."
The book includes suggestions for things to do to change your physical and emotional reactions
to the things that happened to you in the past, and there are strategies for letting go and
forgiving yourself and others for things you or they have done so you can move forward.
