I'm so grateful a friend recommended this audiobook to me. I listened to it over the course of a few days on my commute to work and it gave me just an uplifting and positive attitude to start my day. And the things I've learned from this audiobook have truly been life-changing, creating positive change in all aspects of my life. Very realistic, approachable suggestions, LOVE!
For years, I was stuck in the self-sabotage hamster wheel and it’s taken me so long to pull myself out and learn better techniques for dealing with the discomforts of life. I definitely enjoyed every moment of this audiobook. The most impactful chapter was the one on negative thinking patterns. The author does an amazing job helping you picture everything in a different way than you’ve really heard anywhere else. I highly recommend this book for anyone stuck in a rut..especially self-sabotage. 5 stars!

very helpful
my daughter is a half glass empty personality. self sabotaging herself and her motivation when things get hard. I gave her this book she has enjoyed it and said found it very helpful and a caused her some self reflection and some habit changes she needs to work on.
