Wow excellent listen book...
I liked the in-depth explanations of the topic of autophagy and how diet, exercise, and sleep are related. In medical, technical areas, a few times a more straightforward answer could have helped. In principle, I liked this book, If you really want to lose weight. Great book, I really liked everything, I will advise all my friends!
