What an incredible book it is! I have recently started Intermittent Fasting this book very helpful. It is extremely viable for weight reduction. The other books I read were a bunch of scientific facts, that were hard to understand, but this guide is very concise and easy to understand.

Having it was life-changing. The author will guide you on how to do the Intermittent Fasting correctly. Lots of information and examples to let you understand easily. I find it very helpful especially for women.
