Recovering from sleep problems
For over a year I have struggled with my sleep which has led to me eating badly, not exercising regularly and obviously gaining weight. Changed my life for the better.
I am proud to say that emotional eating is no longer part of my life, after listening to this audioboo bundle. I can finally stop worrying aboout eating out with friends and going to restaurants on dates due to my "weird" eating habits.
