I enjoyed this audiobook very much

I love this audiobook. It made me calmer. My favorite part is the affirmation. I use it like a meditation and start to listen to it in the morning. It set the tone of my day. I know this is not going to be a magic solution to weight loss, but I love the whole book is very optimistic. It helps me with my mindset that this is something I can do. This technique is something I can use in different areas of my life. I love using this hypothesis to reprogram my mind. This is a must-listen for all the women.

Learned so much!

I loved the other hypnosis audiobook by this author so I decided to get this one as well! I really learnt so much! Soothing!

This audiobook like the other one was great! It's a great addition to my daily exercises. Reminds and teaches me to love myself and what I can achieve. It's all about self love for me this year and this audiobook did it!

GREAT BOOK

I was drawn to the title because I was interested in learning more about the connection between hypnosis and weight loss.
