Publisher's summary

The Horns of Hammerad are being hunted by magic and monsters alike.

A [Mage] team from Wistram Academy is dogging Pisces, Ceria, Ksmvr, and Yvlon's steps, with revenge in mind. However, adventurers must work, and the Horns have been called on as security for an ambitious project: building a road past the Bloodfields towards the rest of southern Izril.

There is more to the world than just Liscor, however. Players of Celum are coming to Invrisil with a splash. There are [Knights] from Terandria roaming around Izril after their battle with the Witch of Webs, and they have heard tell of a mysterious slayer of Goblins. Throw in Foliana, a Three-Color Stalker hopping about her day, and there are endless opportunities for chaos. But with fun and excitement always comes danger.

The Bloodfields spread like a stain upon the land, and few who enter ever survive. The Horns of Hammerad don't plan on entering or getting into more trouble. However, even the monsters on the edges of the Bloodfields are a cut above the rest. Whether they triumph or perish to their rivals, cowardice, or foes...

The Bloodfields await.

Erin Solstice

Erin in the past few books has really been getting on my nerves. She gets an idea in her head then refuses to listen to anyone and wonders why people don't listen to her. Spoiler........like at the end of this book. She sits there attacking Toren and asks why she killed people. Well Erin have you seen how skeletons and goblins are treated? How are you treating her? Nope she just says killing is bad so now I'm going to kill you. Or smoking the dreamless, oh did you just watch 70 people be eaten alive? You had half your face eaten off? But your a stoner and stones are bad. Grow the eff up Erin.

They can’t come fast enough

I am hooked on the series and it never disappoints.
The combination of Pireateaba’s larger than life characters and plot with Andrea Parsneau’s voice acting and bringing the characters to life, is just addicting. I eagerly await every single book in the series and still wonder about the overall plot and where it will all lead.

This has truly become one of my favourite series, and one I can wholeheartedly recommend.

Best story i’ve read

best story and narrator combination. Once again i am listening on repeat every night! The narrator breathes SO much additional life into this already perfect story! Amount of characters is insane the author must fill her whole house with time lines and character notes!

Andrea is just awesome

Another great book in the series once again subverting my expectations on the small things that I thought were true, but changing them around and making me excited.

Andrea continues to be the best narrator I have ever listened to, and I've listened to over 1000 books at this point over the past decade. Cheers to you Andrea, I'm listening to Pisces declaration at the blood fields and just was reminded about how much passion you put into these. Well done, and please keep going.

PirateAba is the new Scheherazade

This is better than AGOT (no offense to the Captain) and much more marketable (@Amazon). Truly a never-ending story that never gets old. It contains good lessons wrapped in a delicious and sometimes terrifying tale.
The character development is top notch. Always worth the wait. Andreas deserves a Grammy for this - exceptional considering the diversity of accents required. My only complaint is the chapters are too long and need a space between the scenes and characters.
