Each book in the Wingfeather series gets better. In this one, I found myself growing spiritually as the adventure unfolded. The writing is superb as is the narrator. It held the attention of my 9 & 10yr old sons and mine, too. I can't wait for my Tolkein-loving husband to read the series. It's not only a fun read, it's great literature.

We love Andrew Peterson’s books and first became aware of the audio version during Covid outbreak when he read every night for a service to shut in families. We love the way he voices everyone. This is an adventurous, epic story with the great classic tale themes. It is a modern fairy tale in all the best classic traditions. Thank you Andrew Peterson for your labor of love!
