Every Sales Pro Wants Their Manager To Read This

1st of all, every salesperson needs to read this in order to be a better salesperson and to understand that we have a part in playing a role in making our managers better.
2nd of all, if a sales manager doesn't read this, their ego may always get in their way. I hope this isn't the case.
There are so many practical, relatable, and meaningful call-to-actions and ways to improve our game at any level. I love the pitfalls that are pointed out as well as the things to strive to do. THE LIST! I have it in my digital notebook, and I have convinced myself to read it every morning for the next 90 days in order to build better habits.
This book is good. No, it's great.

READ IT 😊

Great for managers!

Really good to hear Adam’s point of view on what it takes to be a good manager, and the cultural impact that one can make to teams and families. It goes to show that there is a way to create great teams consistently, especially if the leader or manager of the team or organization is in it for the right reason. An excellent read that you can get through in a weekend.
