Always Love guided meditation for sleep
I’ve always loved guided sleep meditation. It puts me to sleep so quickly. This audiobook provides just that. I wasn’t very fond of the narrators voice but it still did the job!

Very Relaxing
I picked up this audiobook in an effort to learn how to control my weight and sleep better without crazy fad diets and medication. The main tenant of this book is to learn how to relax and in doing so, you learn how to control your inner self regardless of the environment you live in. In today's fast-paced world, returning to simple holistic approaches to better health is the best solution. I have practiced this meditation for a few days now and I already am not so uptight and am sleeping better.

Great guide to improving wellness!
This audiobook provides guided self hypnosis to help change your mindset to achieve better sleep, weight loss, and a success mindset. The three 1-hr sessions provide everything beginners to hypnosis need to take the pressure off trying something new :). If you are a bit nervous about the process, it also provides great tips on positive self-talk and sleep hygeine that can be followed regardless of whether you go under the hypnotic state or not. Plethora of valuable meditations
This book is chock full of such wonderful information. From powerful meditations to guidance on how to achieve harmonious peace. But not in a corny way! It was so relaxing that I honestly had a hard time staying awake through the whole thing, but I was determined to find out how this book would help me in all areas of my life. Can't wait to use it again tonight to work on weight loss first (of course), then sleep. Highly recommend!
