Dr. Sullivan is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy as well as the University of Findlay College of Business. She completed her undergraduate studies at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College. She grew up in Terre Haute, IN where she now resides once again. She lived in Columbus, Ohio during early pharmacy school then lived in London, Ohio for ten years where she loved the community and small-town feel. After getting married in 2014 and having three children, she decided to move back to Indiana to be closer to her family. She is a mom of two busy boys and a special needs mom to a little girl. “Care for Carley” is her platform for her daughter as well as a budding non-profit with goals to help others like Carley gain access to equipment and healthcare. As a family, they enjoy their horses, camping, and exploring nature. She is a gardening enthusiast and loves photography and art. Dr. Sullivan has developed a deep understanding of the challenges and obstacles people face when it comes to managing their health. She is a strong advocate for patient education, empowering people to take control of their health and work with their healthcare providers to develop effective treatment plans. She is passionate about the underlying causes of disease and educating patients to be advocates for their own health journey. Her mission is to educate and help her patients live healthier, happier lives in which they can achieve their individual desires. She practices functional medicine as a pharmacist consultant. Nutritional deficiencies often cause a lot of disease in our bodies and proper functioning and healing processes require adequate nutritional support. Addressing underlying causes and managing chronic disease can greatly impact long-term health outcomes. Her passion for functional medicine started within her own family. First through veterinary practice in horses and further down the line became about herself and her special needs daughter. As an accountability coach, Dr. Sullivan uses a personalized approach to help individuals achieve their health goals. She believes that small, consistent changes can lead to significant improvements in overall health. She’s ready to help her patients learn more about their bodies and help them heal from the inside out!
