Incredible exercise plans!

No more stress!
I always let stress get the best of me. I just can’t help it, I wish I could! And even though I realize that’s not right, it’s not always so easy to deal with it. This book gave me wonderful mechanisms to cope with it and to keep stress from jeopardizing my life!

Amazing!
I've read several books on meditation but this is definitely the most comprehensive and the one that has managed to make me understand how to better manage my stress and not constantly vent in nervous hunger.
