I would absolutely recommend this audiobook; I really enjoyed its lightest. Unlike your usual dieting book, The Whole Body Restart for Healthy Aging makes you feel confident about aging and empowered. It is a quick and easy listen; it gives you great advice and recommendation, not only about dieting, but also about being healthy and emancipated. The advices are easy to implement into our daily life and routine, dieting has never seen so easy. After listing to this book, I’m motivated to try again and this time to stick to my diet. I loved it and would recommend it to anyone.
