Incredible read
Cory is the man. Been following him for 5 or so years and super happy to see his growth and get to learn from him as a man and as a human. I’d recommend the book to anybody. Love how practical it is and how much it can be applied to quite literally anyone. Highly recommend checking it out !

I could lusten to this over and over
I read a lot of mindfulness books and there are only a few that go on the list of best. This is one of them. The wisdom layed out here is immeasurable!

This book delivers a powerful, real, and deeply applicable message that resonates on many levels. While the narration style was initially a bit challenging to engage with, once you adjust, the profound insights shine through.
