Such an important part of life and so neglected and misunderstood
Love all of the different exercises, I am a somatic therapist and a synthesthete, and for so long, I thought there was something wrong with me.. until I learned what it was a couple of years ago and have been devotionally exploring the senses and teaching others how to use them.
I will definitely share this book !

beyond the five senses
I really enjoyed this person's commentary on our five senses. I like the one pertain to the deaf person and he was being able to hear the music through the vibrations that pulsates through his body. talked about people and their sex talked about pain talked about site some people have a tendency to see words in color. when I read I have a tendency to see the story in action if it's a story. if it's a manual pertain to put things together I can actually see the items being put together and functioning. I liked her total comments. bravo for her stepping out of her comfort zone. we all need challenges outside our comfort zone
