A must read to help improve your thinking!

I immediately felt positive and energized after listening to this book. I took notes and developed a plan. Everyone has things to be grateful for but when we bury ourselves in negative self-talk, its hard to acknowledge them. The practices discussed here will remind you and help move you in a positive direction and improve your mood, your thinking and your life. It was an easy listen and kept my attention while being short, sweet and to the point!

Take notes.

I was absolutely amazed at how simple yet enlightening every single chapter was for me. I agree with his simple yet helpful suggestions on how to have a happier life. I am going to listen again, this time taking notes and implementing them as I can. Thank you for this wonderfully encouraging, timed perfectly book.
