Eddie Stern, MSc, CYT, is a yoga teacher, author, and researcher. He has a multidisciplinary approach to yoga which includes applying traditional Yogic practices to scientific research, accessible technology, and collaboration. He is involved in evidence-based research in the healing capacities of yoga, with a master's in science specializing in yoga research. His current work focuses on the benefits of breathing practices on diabetes through the Breathing App for Diabetes, and educational training in yoga through his platform, The Yoga Education Collective.

Lifte changing

her right on the verge of near breakdown anxiety and panic. this has allowed me to get through public events, driving shopping and doing things that I would otherwise be on the verge of breaking down. it's giving me a practical tool to maintain stability. I could go on. fantastic. practical. and it works.

The humming was weird but solid listen

I don’t say skip chapters but chapter four about humming was terrible. At least just from a listening aspect.

How I felt after all the exercises. Amazing!

Eddie is very easy to listen to, his scientific explanations make sense to me as that is how I understand. This book is great and I will probably read it a few more times.
