I’ve needed something like this!
I have a toddler and I’ve never known how to control my emotions around my child. I’ve always heard different techniques on how I should act but I’ve never been able to put them into practice. Talking About the Elephant in the Room
I have a 10 year old foster daughter with behavioral needs. This book is a life-saver. While I've always been great at masking my anger around her when things are tense, I've never known how to express anger healthfully or cope with it in private.
