Healing My Toxic Behaviors
My own toxic behaviors nearly cost me the most important relationship in my life. I honestly thought I was going to lose him, a man who has shown me a love I'd never experienced before. This audiobook, though, has changed my life. It gave me the tools to address those negative patterns, and it's actually brought us closer than ever. Last night, I sat him down and had a truly vulnerable conversation with him, something I wouldn't have been able to do before. He even teared up, saying he'd never seen me like that. It's given us a new foundation.
