  • Amazing Results from the Menopause Rapid Fat Loss Protocol

    In this episode, I’m sharing the amazing results from the 14-Day Menopause Rapid Fat Loss Protocol that I recently completed with 22 incredible women. Starting on January 6th, we started this aggressive, short-term approach designed to lose fat, maintain muscle, and build confidence, and the transformations have been absolutely inspiring.

    Victoria lost 5.5 pounds and 11 inches, Diana dropping 5.8 pounds and 1.2% body fat with the help of ChatGPT for her meal planning, and Janet tackling stubborn belly fat while staying motivated for her upcoming trip. I lost 6 pounds, 5.25 inches, and reduced my body fat percentage from 26.6% to 25%.
