Better/more content, but less engaging than others

I listened to this book after listening to "Ultralearning", and I enjoyed it. The content was more comprehensive and covered things the other book missed, but wasn't as entertaining. I still recommend it.

No new pieces of information.

This audiobook contained nothing I hadnt heard before. although most of the information it contains is pertinent to good study habits, it didnt give me any new leads on how to grow as a student. i expected more of a walkthough on better time management and study habits to keep your brain alert, but i dont feel that I recieved such. I may listen to it again to try and reform my opinion on it, but a first listen through left me less than inspired.

Good-ish

Don't get me wrong there are some decent parts to this book but I think I was looking for something else. A handful of the suggestions given would probably be helpful as long as you practice the discipline to do them. And that's basically the take away from this book, you have to be disciplined and organized in order for any of this to work.
