I haven't been able to put the book down since it arrived. I was actually looking for a book on will power, but this one took it in a whole different direction. To no disappointment whatsoever though, I have found some breakthrough principles in here that I will hold on to dearly. Again, a must listen for just about everybody. Purchase this book!!! You will be grateful that you did.

Great book it will help you
This book is great. It is an easy listen and the exercises are simply making lists. Those who are saying this book is pointless and is just about positive thinking are totally wrong and not writing out the exercises. This book will kick your brain into gear and give you tools to achieve things from losing weight to changing your financial future.
