"The Secret to Getting Unstuck A Guide to Forming 5 Habits That Will Transform Your Life and Make You Unrecognizable" By: Erika Jon: I struggled to define what it meant to be "suck" before reading listening to this audiobook. It was just something I felt, and I wasn't really able to describe it or why it was happening. I found this audiobook to be quite helpful in making those points clear. And I appreciate that this book is genuinely quite inspirational. In addition to providing an explanation of what it means to be stuck, it offers doable solutions for ending the pattern. I whole-heartidly recommend this audiobook!

Define it and rise above it
Before this book, I had a hard time defining what being "suck" meant. It was something that I couldn't really explain what it was or why it was, it was just something that I felt. This book did a good job of clarifying those things for me. And I like how this is actually a really motivating book. It doesn't just explain what being stuck is, but it also gives practical strategies for how to break out of the cycle.

Are you stuck? Don't know how to move forward and take action? This book is a MUST. Erika does a superb job of bringing a personal touch with short stories and examples of how to move forward when you just can't.
