This is great information. I have tried the Leto diet in the past not knowing much about it and all the things you need to know while starting the diet, like the Leto flu etc. This book is a great guide to help through this process. I am also doing resistance training and other systems that require lots of protein and hydration. This is a great tool for my toolbox!
