Succession is relevant, timely and spot-on regarding preparing for the impending baby boomer retirements.

Advertisement not a book
One big long resume of the author. Full of name dropping and things he did but no take-aways. He tells you what he did over the last 40+ years but it is lacking in "how's" that can be applied to anywhere else. Painful and boring. I suffered through to the ending hoping for a good summary - disappointed.
