Claims adjusters are in the customer service business
This is an easy listen. The singing is a little hokey, but the content is good. If you have taken Carl Van’s class on adjusting, this is a more condensed version of that content.

Missing a chapter!
Hello, I’ve reread this book three times and think it’s great. However the chapter U- Understanding is missing! I only discovered this when I bought the kindle version ne read the kindle as I listened to the audiobook.
