Story
For many people, procrastination is a daily vice that prevents them from doing really important and urgent tasks when there is no outside pressure. Postponement can become a problem not only in daily private activities, but especially in professional life. Psychologists go as far as to describe procrastination as a disruption of self-regulation, since the procrastinator cannot endure anything unpleasant in the short term to achieve something positive in the long term.

For David Goggins, childhood was a nightmare--poverty, prejudice, and physical abuse colored his days and haunted his nights. But through self-discipline, mental toughness, and hard work, Goggins transformed himself from a depressed, overweight young man with no future into a US Armed Forces icon and one of the world's top endurance athletes. The only man in history to complete elite training as a Navy SEAL, Army Ranger, and Air Force tactical air controller, he went on to set records in numerous endurance events.

Taking action now!
I loved the authenticity of the Author sharing his procrastination journey. I appreciated the practical steps for overcoming procrastination that didn't include "time management!" He really addresses getting to the source of procrastination and how our monkey mind will take over control if we let it. I've started the necessary steps already and am excited to get more present, take back control and be in action with my dreams of empowering other's with their health! Heres my journey: Enchanted Wellness-How to go from hating disease to loving it! I got over procrastination and caused an Azn bestseller! Thx U!
