Actually useful strategies

This was a no-nonsense, easy to follow guide for ways to cut yourself off from alcohol. The author comes from a place of having overcome the struggle himself, so he knows where the readers are coming from with their challenges, and offers strategies that are tailored to their experience, and unique issues. The methods are creative and really do work, which I am grateful for.
