Whenever I contemplate going to the gym, what usually stops me is my sluggishness and my inclination to put off tasks. Affirmations can be very motivating and help you keep your mindset positive and focused on what you want to achieve.
I love how this audiobook inspires you to keep going when it's hard to stay motivated, and to keep believing in yourself and when you when have challenges reaching your goals.
This is a great audiobook. I found the affirmations helpful, especially for fitness, but also for staying on track and believing in yourself in other situations as well.
