Quick & Easy Essential Listen

Calm the Mind and the body will follow was a quick and easy listen to help reinforce techniques to help heal from stress, anxiety and traumas. It gives practical ways to help calm the mind. I really like cha chapter - Music to heal the mind and body. The audiobook explains the effects of music on the brain and recovery. I think music therapy is often overlooked, this audiobook was a helpful reminder that we can introduce music into our stress routine. The flow of the book was easy to follow and include in my daily life and listen to again.

Mind and Body Connection

This is an easy to read book that helps in putting your head in a good space and connecting my mind to other parts of my body. A great source to calm down one’ body . This book provided me with natural soothing ideas to incorporate into my personal mental wellness activities. With me achieving mental wellness helps me to better focus on my goals.

Excellent Resource!

This book was just what the doctor ordered. I love the fact that it really calms the mind. I totally agree with the techniques the book has for calming the mind after writing things down it feels like a ton has been taken off the shoulders. This book in my opinion should be in every home. Great read!

Change is Possible!

Change is Possible, Yes it is. This audiobook is a great source for mind peace. I felt so relaxed after hearing the best techniques to live the life in present. After a hectic day I usually feelexhausted but this amazing short audiobookmade my day!

The author has well defined about how to cope up with everything and yes these meditations were amazing. I will definately work on myself and listen to it everytime when I need motivation. Highly recommended!
