Physical activity and sleep
I had never really thought about exercising to improve sleep. But it makes a lot of sense. This book even recommends workout strategies and tips for creating a fitness plan tailored to enhance sleep quality. I've never made a workout plan based on that before, but I'm excited about it!

Great Information
Insomnia is real and everyone must take it seriously . This book provides one with a step by step simple guide on how or what to do to help yourself when you are having insomnia. Simple and easy practices like going to bed early enough before mid night, not taking work home, keeping away from the screen, eating early in the evening , exercising and being positivity . This is a great guide to someone not sleeping properly or having insomnia to help navigate their journey slowly with the tips.

Hopeful and Optimistic
As a person who suffers from insomnia I found this book to be full of ideas for improving my sleep time. Insomnia Decoded is just that. Porter goes into tips for creating healthy habits for just before going to sleep. The Author introduces you to the science in an easy to learn method. The Narration is smooth and soothing to listen to. I learned a lot from this book about the long reaching effects of lack of sleep on humans including it has been linked to cancer. I am glad I own this book to use a resource to better health.

This is a great book and very easy to listen to. I learned a lot about the sleep cycle and what I can do to avoid losing sleep. It had a lot of real meat in the book to really help you to understand what is going on. The narration was great. i would recommend this to anyone.

The key to better sleep!
This was an excellent guide on how to combat insomnia and improve your overall sleep. I really enjoyed the chapters explaining how alcohol and food have an effect on sleep. The books explains how even though many foods are nutritious, they may be detrimenta to your sleep hygiene. Definitely was a refreshing take on a book about getting better sleep!

Just what I needed!
I have tried to do all the things - from sleep hygiene to eating 2 hours before etc. but sometimes it works and sometimes not. This excellent book educated me on why and how my body needs to sleep so that I can better understand why certain methods don't work. It also gave me the right combination of practices to use and it is working! It helps that the information is clear and backed by science. Better than any sleep clinic or doctor's advice, just read this book and get your sleeping under control. Highly recommended!

Helpful tips for Insomniacs
I definitely enjoyed this book! I’m an insomniac and Made me understand my sleep pattern, why I have trouble sleeping, what thing I can do to help improve my sleeping habits, and also avoid things I have to avoid in order for me to have quality sleep. I have several things I’ve tried before and with these new practical tips I’ll have more options. Highly recommend!
