interesting

There is a lot of good information about how we convey and how we interpret what other people say. It needs practice , practice and more practice to get it right.
I did not like the monotony of the narrator. it even seems as if a computer is reading the book outloud.
I will have to go over and over the many suggestions.

Good in theory

Feels like it's written by a Communications academic who understands good ideas in theory rather than in practice.
