Really relaxing

I've been struggling with procrastination for years. I've made strides, but inevitably I still struggle with it. The greater my strides are, the more steps I seem to take backwards. I liked this book because it really spoke to me. The author, I felt, truly identified what the problem was--and I feel more confident his solutions will work.

Awesome audible

I felt that the author was reading my mind and writing it down. The author had the answers to the common and personally most of my procrastination reasons.

Great book tons to learn

Great and practical audio for anyone who wants to get things done but struggle with staying focused and discipline. My favorite parts of the book where the three-row spreadsheet which explains everything from avoiding activity, explanation to an actual plan and also how Emmanuel explains that we should always focus only on one task and not million of them.
