A Guide to being the Best candidate

This is a very helpful guide on how not to become a fire fighter but how to become the best candidate when they are choosing new firefighters. James McMahon tells you everything from what they expect when it comes to equality of all firefighters what you should do long before starting the hiring process and how to train before it even beginning the candidate application process. He even explains the pay rate and the shifts they have at the fire department this book is jam packed with things I wouldn’t of even thought firefighters there to know. I thought all they had to know was how to put out fires boy was I wrong. I am not going to be a firefighter as I live in America. When I found out this was being read by British man I was in. I’ve always said I could listen to a British man read the phone book well I don’t know about the phonebook, but I can store listen to him tell me how to become a British firefighter. I now feel prepared. All jokes aside though he includes everyone this book is for everyone men women blacks whites whatever you race gender or minority isn’t irrelevant and the fire house because everyone depends on everyone and everyone is a brother or a sister. I thought that was a nice message I really did like this book and I really enjoyed Mr. Senior’s now reading voice. That is why I gave it five stars across-the-board. I think this is interesting for anyone who is into useless information, but especially those men and women who want to help keep homes in Britain safe.
