perfect message for me at the right time

What made the experience of listening to Happiness Is a Choice the most enjoyable?

The narration is really great in terms of being easy on the ears. Loved the message and the delivery. Both have staying power for me and I will use the insight in my daily life. Great, great content.

Happiness is really a choice

Happiness is an emotion that comes and goes just like any emotion. I mean, it wouldn't be natural to feel happy 100% of the time, that would make you crazy! BUT, what is your default emotional state of being? I find this audio tries to make your default state of mind one that is calm, grateful and relaxed. I really appreciate that.

Removes mental road blocks

So much of our fear is due to mental road blocks. You don't even know how much you are not reaching your goals or potential because of what you keep telling yourself. This is SO helpful in getting rid of those negative thoughts, those thoughts that keep you down and thinking you don't deserve what you desire. Wonderful audio.

Horrible

Nothing, poor sound quality. There’s nothing more than a sound machine do not buy this book.
